Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of PGPawn Inc. (referred to as “PGPawn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Pawnshop Services

PGPawn operates as a duly licensed pawnshop under Republic Act No. 114 (Pawnshop Regulation Act) and its implementing rules and regulations, and is supervised by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP). Our services include the acceptance of personal property as collateral for loans.

Accepted Collateral

We currently accept the following items as collateral for pawn loans:

• Gold jewelry (rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other gold items of 14k to 24k purity)
• Luxury timepieces and watches from recognized brands

All items are subject to physical inspection and appraisal by our certified appraisers. PGPawn reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any item at its sole discretion.

Loan Terms

Pawn loans are subject to the following general terms:

• The loan amount shall be determined based on the appraised value of the pledged item.
• Interest rates are disclosed prior to the execution of the pawn ticket and are compliant with BSP regulations.
• The standard redemption period is as stated in the pawn ticket issued at the time of the transaction.
• Failure to redeem the pledged item within the stipulated period may result in forfeiture of the item.

AI Estimate Disclaimer

The AI-powered estimate provided through our online platform is a preliminary and non-binding valuation intended solely for reference purposes. The final loan value will be determined by our certified appraisers during an in-branch verification appointment. PGPawn does not guarantee that the online estimate will match the final appraised value.

Online Platform Use

By using our online platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all submitted forms.
• Upload clear and authentic photos of the items you intend to pawn.
• Not misrepresent the condition, ownership, or provenance of any item.
• Comply with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

PGPawn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or online platform. Our liability shall be limited to the amount of the pawn loan extended to the client.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila.

Amendments

PGPawn reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
